To be able to buy via vv-ehouse.com, you will need to register an account with us. To do this you will need an email address and a contact phone number. Setting up an account will also allow you to order without having to fill in your name and address details every time you shop and will also give additional benefits such as regular newsletters, you'll also be one of the first to know when we have special offers and discounts.
2) Password Problems?
For your account security you will be asked to set up a password to your account. If you are unable to remember your password simply select "Forgot Password" on the Login page, you will then need to input your email address and follow the steps in the email to reset your password. If you are still having problems, you will need to contact our Customer Service team who will help reset it for you. After that you will be able to re-assign a new password at your leisure using the Account section.

To find a product you wish to buy you can either search by description or by product code using the search facility located in the top of the page. Alternatively, if you see an area of interest use the categories displayed on the site. This will guide you to a product listing and when you click on a product this will take you to the product page. From the product page you can add the product to your shopping cart.

We do keep some stock at our warehouse and as well offer pre-order for our products.

With VV EHOUSE, everything is wired through online and products are delivered straight from our warehouse.

1) Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, we do not offer any cancellation of the orders placed. Please take extra precaution when placing an order and when making payment at checkout.

6) Is there any specific instruction(s) on wash and care of the apparels?
- Wash your apparels in a washing machine in cool water. Do not attempt to hand-wash.
- For bright colour apparels, it is strongly encouraged to wash them separately from light coloured clothing for the first wash.
- All other colours should be machine washed in a laundry net at low temperature.
- Separate them in a laundry net to prevent cotton fluff, Velcro or zippers getting on the delicate performance fabric.
- Strictly avoid detergents that contains bleach and fabric softeners. Do not spot-clean with solvents. Use only mild powered detergents. This will prevent color stain and fades, and will increase the lifespan of your garment.
- Do not soak your apparels in water/detergent for prolonged period.
- Hang dry inside out or tumble-dry at low speed and temperatures. Do not iron. Do not use steam.

1) How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We will send you an email to let you know when your order will be out for delivery. You can also track your delivery online on our website.
2) How much does the delivery cost?
Standard delivery to anywhere in West Malaysia is FREE when you spend over RM100 and costs start just RM6.5 in West Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia if you spend less. Please select Free Shipping on Shipping Method during during Check Out.
3) What is the range for your delivery area?
At the moment, we ship our products throughout the whole of Malaysia.
4) When will I receive my order?
We are using standard shipping. Estimated delivery time and dates can vary due to products sourced from both local and international brands and manufacturers. The local delivery time is estimated between 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 7-15 working days for East Malaysia while the international delivery time is estimated between 7-10 working days or longer. However, you will get an automated message once your order has been shipped out so you can track the delivery process of your item(s). We are always working closely with our logistics partner to give you the best online shopping experience.
5) How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order through our website. If you are not able to find the tracking number of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to check upon the status of your delivery.
6) What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?

3) What if part of my order is missing?
If you receive any incomplete part of your order, please call Our Customer Service Team and we will assist you to get your missing order part. Meanwhile, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, on occasions that we are unable to send all of the items you have ordered, we will send you an email if you are to expect any missing items from your order. Some details may also be printed on your despatch note. We will refund any payment taken for items not sent.
4) It seems that my package got lost. What can I do?

5) How can I return products purchased online?
Merchandise purchased (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective) with tags attached may be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team for a return label. Headwear, undergarments are not exchangeable, returnable nor refundable. Please refer to Return Policy.
6) Can I return different orders in the same package?
Yes, you can return the orders in the same package but provided with the RMAs to be sealed in one package and only for small items. Bulky items are not applicable. Please contact our customer service.
