Standard delivery to anywhere in West Malaysia is FREE when you spend over RM100 and costs start just RM6 in West Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia if you spend less than RM100.
Returns Policya. It will be our pleasure, upon representation of your electronic receipt, to refund any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 15 days following the receipt of your VV EHOUSE order confirmation email. All refunds will be made in the form of credit voucher only.
Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Products that are shipped from overseas and shipped directly from our Cross-Border Bonded Warehouse are not eligible for exchanges and/or return. Therefore, please take careful precautions when placing an order to purchase these items.
