All items that have been received and accepted are generally not eligible for return.

Upon receiving the item and signing the Delivery Order (DO), the product is considered accepted in good condition. Returns are generally not applicable thereafter.

Once the item has been signed for, it is considered accepted in good condition and is not eligible for return.
