Lazy Student Meals in 15 Minutes by Joanna Soh

Students are always swamped with their assignments and school works that they barely have time to consider a nutritious meal in their daily activities.

Here is Joanna to help you out on how to make a lazy but healthy meal in under 15 minutes.

Jacket Potato with Tuna & Cheese

Ingredients

1 Large Potato

½ Can of Tuna Chunks

2 Tbsp. of Shredded Cheese

1 Tbsp. Yoghurt

¼ Tsp. Mixed Herbs


How to Cook

1. Prick the washed potato with a knife to make sure it cooks till the core.

2. Cook the potato in the microwave with full power for about 7-10 Mins.

3. While waiting for the potato, mixed all other ingredients (tuna,yoghurt & mixed herbs) into a bowl.

4. After the potato has been cooked, slice the middle to open partly and fill it with the ingredients you have mixed before.

5. Put the shredded cheese on top as garnish and put it back in the microwave for just 1-2 mins until the cheese melts.

6. You can serve the meal with a side of salads for fibre.

Black Bean Salsa Wrap


Ingredients


1 Can of Black Beans

1 Can of Corn

1 Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)

3 Tbsp. of Salsa Sauce

3 Tbsp. of Cheese

2 Cups of Spinach

½ Tsp. of Mixed Herbs

4 Whole Grain Wraps


How to Cook


1. Simply combined all of wet ingredients (black beans, corn, bell pepper, salsa sauce & mixed herbs) together in a bowl and mix it up.

2. Lay the wrap flat on a plate.

3. Put the spinach on top of the wrap and then put all the mixed ingredients on top of the spinach.

4. Next, top those delicious ingredients with some cheese.

5. Roll, Wrap & ready to eat.

 White Bean Chicken Soup

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 Can of White Beans (Drained & Washed)

1 Chicken Breast (Cut into cubes)

2 Onions (Cut into small pieces)

4 Stalks of Celery (Cut into cubes)

1 Carrot (Cut into small pieces)

1 Tomato (Cut into four pieces)

4 Cups of Chicken Stock

¼ Tsp. Mixed Herbs

Salt & Pepper

 

How to Cook

1. After prepping your ingredients, fill a pot with the chicken stock and chicken breast.

2. After that, add all the leftover ingredients (veggies) and let it boil for about 15 mins until the chicken is tender. Once ready, serve to eat.
